Next Level Group Coaching Program Service Agreement
Scope of Services
The scope of services included in the Next Level Group Coaching Program under this Agreement are as follows:
- 1-on-1 Kickoff Session with Drew
- Four 1-on-1 Private Coaching Sessions (50 min sessions) with Drew
- Unlimited Weekly Group Coaching Sessions until you get your next role
- Unlimited Slack Support
- Curriculum of 4 defined sprints to land your next role
- Lifetime Access to The Executive Blueprint (100+ videos, plus exercises, tools & templates)
- Professional Resume & LinkedIn Package, with unlimited resume scoring services
- First 90 Days Success: 3-Month Extended Group Coaching after you start your new position
- You Set The Pace (No time limit)
Confidentiality
Our relationship is completely confidential. I will not reveal the content of our 1-on-1 sessions to anyone (except as required by law). You are free to share as you wish with anyone. Group coaching sessions are expected to be confidential, but as they involve other individuals, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
Schedule
You can schedule your 1-on-1 sessions at your convenience at drewsaur.com/schedule. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice. Group coaching sessions occur based on the published schedule.
Taking Action
Career-development work in between sessions is an important part of the coaching process and is collaboratively determined each session with you. It is meant to help take action on what you have learned, and to bring you closer to your goals. It is up to you what you choose to do.
I strongly encourage you to block off time for the career-development work coming out of each session. The more you can purposefully focus on your growth, the faster you’ll grow.
Professional Services to be Provided
Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific projects and topics, goals and successes or general conditions in your life or work. Other coaching services can include (but are not limited to): clarification of values, brainstorming, identifying plans of action, creating new vision / goals, asking clarifying questions and making empowering requests.
Success Guarantee
Your career success is my number one focus. You have full access to the defined scope of services until you have achieved a position where you are 2x ROI positive, or have achieved your personal success as agreed in the kickoff session.
Limited Liability
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under
this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date.
Fees
The fee for the Next Level Group Coaching Program is $4,500. Success in this program is directly related to your commitment and your payment is part of that commitment. The refund policy is 50% if notified within 60 days, and no refunds after that.
